Quite a few.
Caffeine (we don’t normally consider that a medicine per se) can cause increase in body temp as a function of increased heartbeat.
Pseudoephedrine can cause similar effects.
So can antipsychotics, via a rare but serious side effect called neuroleptic malignant syndrome whereby the person develops muscle rigidity and high body temp.

aspirin overdose (hard on kidneys)
picric acid - once used (1930’s) to make people lose weight but people died of hyperthermia, causes liver and kidney toxicity.
too much thyroid hormone.
atropine like drugs cut down on sweating and therefore increase skin temperature and body heat.
a drug that causes increased blood flow to the skin, can cause lowered body temperature, hence why alcohol should not be used in polar environments.
